Our each product is checked thoroughly before Dispatch. We check our products in terms of Stitching Quality, Color finish, fabric quality, Sizing and all.  However still in case of any exception if you receive any product which is not as per the Website description you can return it for Exchange. 

Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Intimate within 24 hours of delivery about the return or exchange of the product if the product is damaged. 'Damage' does not include any issue with the product pertaining to the style/design of the product purchased. 

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

Order Cancellation is possible only before the dispatch of the product. If the product is shipped and you want to cancel the order. We will process Refund only after deducting Rs. 100/- towards Shipping Charges. Returning of the product in proper condition is to be taken care by customer. 

Exchange Intimation: You can  Email Us at jhb.customercare@gmail.com within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the exchange should be shared with the Customer Support by email with Reason for exchange, problem faced and we will get back to you at the earliest possible on working days. And henceforth ones approved we will proceed with your exchange request. The details for which shall be sent to you via email. 

REFUND TIMELINES

In case of refunds. The refund shall be processed from our side within 48hrs of confirmation. The refund will be processed into same payment method used for making the payment of the order. However, it may take some additional time for the amount reflecting into your account depending on the payment method.

Guidelines for a valid return:

-Product, if any, should be in original conditionwithout any kind of alteration.-Tags should be retainedin original conditionand returned

-Our fabrics are printed using different Hand Techniques prevalent in the Industry. This is often long process involving different people at different steps. Starting fromcolourmaking. There are bound to be some variations incolourwhich depends on various factors like fabric type,Environmental conditions, humanhand,Colourtype etc.Thecolouryou see onour website and actualcoloursmay differ. This can also happens due to photography effect, computer screen type orpost editing.
