At The JHB, our primary aim is to supply your order according to the timelines we have committed to you. In the process of delivering you only the best, every item here passes through a stringent quality check. We dispatch you an item only after thoroughly testing it.

Order Dispatch Timelines:

Your orders at JAIPUR HAND BLOCK under most of the circumstances are dispatched within 2 Working days from the day of placement of order. However, in case of any exception when it may be late due to any unforeseen circumstances. You will be updated about same through the email within 48hrs from the date of placement of order. 

You will also be given the option for cancellation of order before it is dispatched. Once cancelled the Full Amount of the order will be refunded to your actual payment method. The refund will be processed from our end within 48hrs after confirmation of cancellation of order. Further it may take some additional time to come to your account depending on the payment method used by you. 

Order Delivery Timelines:

The delivery generally takes 3-6 working days after the order is dispatched depending on the location. For some products, we may need some time to manufacture and supply a product, which is either ‘out of stock’ It may take 4-6 working days for delivery of your product, to your location. We will share with you tracking details once order is dispatched along with tracking method. The JHB supplies products to numerous locations across Pan-India. But, currently, we do not cater delivery services to overseas locations. To provide you with reliable and quick delivery services, The JHB dispatches all its product parcels with the use of renowned and professional courier agencies like TrackOn, First Flight, DTDC, Postal, Speed post and more.

There may be exceptional delay in dispatch/delivery of orders beyond normal control such as weather conditions, political disturbances, Act of God or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such events of delay, We at JHB shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the buyer by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, JHB shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.

At JHB, we levy a nominal amount of shipping charges for order below Rs 600.
